- Package Duration: The session durations are intended as general guidelines rather than strict limits.
- Package Inclusions: Enjoy the flexibility to add more people to your session.
- Locations & Times: After your booking is confirmed, we’ll discuss the location and timing. If needed, I can offer practical advice for locations and times to suit your vision.
- Weather Adjustments: Enjoy peace of mind with flexible weather adjustments.
- Make a booking: Choose a package, accept the quote, and secure your date with a booking fee. We’ll then start planning your session.
- Booking fee: A booking fee is deducted from the package price and is non-refundable, yet transferrable if available.
- Before your session: We’ll discuss details like time, location, and wardrobe as your session approaches.
- During your session: We’ll capture a mix of posed portraits and candid moments, ensuring a variety of beautiful images.
- After your session: You’ll receive a sneak peek shortly afterward, and within 1-2 weeks, a private online gallery to view all your photos.
- Choosing Favourites: In your gallery, easily choose your favourite images to match your package preference.
- Optional Extras: Opportunity to purchase extra images, or upgrade. Upgrading covers the price difference between packages, excluding any fees for extras.
- Digital downloads: Submit your final order within 7 days and download your images in high and low resolution.
- Extended hosting: Enjoy an additional 3 months of gallery hosting, for exploring and ordering prints.
- Prints and products: Order prints directly through your gallery or benefit from expert advice on printing solutions.
- Archiving: Images are archived after 3 months. A rehosting fee will apply if you need them restored.
- Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and depend on availability.
