The client has kindly allowed me to share a selection of their special images with you!
Follow these steps to know what to do next.
1 – View the images
To access the gallery and view the beautiful collection of fully edited and enhanced digital photographs kindly take a moment to read this entire page.
Then, at the bottom, add your full name, and click the ‘Go to gallery’ button to embark on a visual journey.
2 – Create a favourite list
The client has allowed you to choose up to 20 of your favourite images (from any folder) and receive them as low-resolution digital files.
Start curating your preferred images by clicking the heart icon to add them to your favourites list.
Please finalise your selections within the next 10 days! This way, you’ll have plenty of time to download your selection before the gallery goes offline in 14 days!
3 – Finalise your order
I have access to the choices you are making, but I won’t take any action until I have your ultimate decision.
To complete this process, go to your favourite list, and below the main image on the right, select the paper plane icon to submit your final order to the photographer.
I will then assemble your collection of images and forward you an email containing instructions on how to download them.
5 – Download the images
Click the arrow button under the main image to download the original and web-sized versions of the photos within the next 10 days and before the gallery goes offline.
I recommend creating a minimum of two backup copies for peace of mind.
All social media posts, reels, and stories must have proper credits applied. This includes mentioning and using the designated ‘tag’ identities for the photographer, and where appropriate other collaborators.
Terms
- If the client approves, suppliers, models, and external entities are allowed to utilize the low-resolution images exclusively for promoting the client’s business. However, they are strictly prohibited from using the images for their own personal or commercial endeavours, participating in competitions, seeking employment, engaging in agency activities, or any similar purposes.
- Publication entities have permission to use the high-resolution images exclusively for promoting the client’s business and for a one-time print run only. When using these images for client advertising, no formal credit is necessary. However, feature articles must include appropriate acknowledgments, including the client’s, models, and photographers’ names and designated ‘tag’ identities. Publications are strictly prohibited from using the images for their independent commercial projects or any unrelated applications.
- Suppliers, models, and external parties have permission to use the low-resolution images exclusively for promoting the client’s business. All social media posts, reels, and stories by suppliers, models, external parties, and publication entities must align with the client’s objectives and include proper credits. This entails mentioning the client, models, and photographer names and their designated ‘tag’ identities and they must agree to the specified terms outlined here and by the client.
- As a friendly yet serious reminder, it is strictly prohibited for suppliers, models, external entities models, and publication entities to capture screenshots, copy, extract, or manipulate the images in any manner. This encompasses modifications, adjustments, cropping, resizing, distortion, or the application of filters. Such actions will be considered theft and a breach of copyright law in Australia.
