• Share and receive as my gift: If you’re happy to share and tag me, it’s complimentary and made with love. I do not tag or mention names.
• Keep it private: $80 | Low-resolution version sent to your phone – not required as part of your final selection

Package Upgrades

• A cost-effective way to enhance your collection—simply pay the price difference between packages, excluding any add-on fees

Extra Editing

• Your images will be edited in line with my creative vision, including careful attention to detail such as the removal of bystanders and distractions
• For extra lite retouching (e.g., softening skin, removing flyaway hairs or stains): $30 per photo
• For extra detailed retouching work (e.g., body reshaping): $50 per photo

• Standard (7-14 days): Included
• Timely (5-7 days): $200
• Priority (3-4 days): $300
• Express (1-2 days): $400

Gallery Hosting

• Enjoy 7 days of gallery access to choose your favourite images
• If you need more time to choose your favourites, gallery hosting is $25 per week until final orders are placed
• Once your order has been downloaded, enjoy an additional 3 months of gallery hosting to explore the print options at your own pace

Prints & Products

• Beautiful prints are available for purchase within your gallery whenever you’re ready
• Shipping/handling costs are calculated based on weight, size, and delivery location. Expedited shipping is quoted individually

Archives & Retrieval

• Once a gallery expires, images will be removed from my server
• Reinstating a gallery within 6 months is $50, or $100 after 12 months
• Archive Image Retrieval: $200. This fee covers the time and effort to access and search storage. Retrieval fees are non-refundable and not guaranteed

• Reschedules: Life Happens! Rescheduling is considered on a case-by-case basis, and I’ll always do my best to accommodate when possible
  • More than 4 weeks’ notice: Free reschedule
  • Less than 4 weeks’ notice: 50% reservation fee
  • More than 2 reschedules: New reservation fee required
  • Mini Packages: New reservation fee required
• Weather: I monitor conditions carefully and will advise on timing adjustments. Whatever the forecast, there’s beauty to be found — some of my favourite images have come from unexpected conditions!
  • Overcast days: Perfect for soft, beautiful light – sessions proceed as planned
  • Rain: Light rain can be worked around; heavy rain means we reschedule for safety
  • Visiting Noosa: Book early in your trip for flexibility if the weather doesn’t cooperate
• Illness/Injury: If you need to reschedule due to illness or injury, please contact me as soon as possible

• Local (Noosa) Sessions: I understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your session, please know that the reservation fee is non-refundable. This fee secures your date and time exclusively, meaning I turn away other bookings and adjust my schedule specifically for you
• Interstate or International Sessions: If travel or accommodation has already been arranged specifically for your session, those expenses will be invoiced separately and remain your responsibility, even in the event of cancellation
• What happens if the photographer needs to cancel? While this has never happened, I do have a trusted network of local professionals I can call upon in case of an emergency. I’ll always communicate promptly and work with you to find the best solution

• The photographs from your session are my original work, which means I retain the copyright for all images captured
• Your contract grants you personal, non-commercial use rights with proper credit. For any commercial uses (such as advertisements, merchandise, or business purposes), written permission is required from both me and anyone recognisable in the photos
