Information
- Pricing: The total package price is divided into two payments: a non-refundable reservation fee secures your date (due at the time of booking), and the remaining balance (due on the day of your shoot). This total package price includes the photoshoot, my expertise and professional equipment, professional editing, a private online gallery, and high-resolution images available for easy download.
- Booking is Easy: Just click “accept” on the proposed quote, complete a quick pre-session questionnaire, and sign the contract. Once the reservation fee is processed, you’ll receive a welcome guide with wardrobe tips and more. As the session day approaches, we can touch base by phone or email to finalise the location and timing details. I always review the weather forecast closely to ensure that my recommendations are ideal for the best possible experience.
- Locations: If you want the perfect backdrop, my local expertise guarantees stunning results. Or, do you have a special place in mind for your photoshoot? I can travel anywhere to make it happen!
- Timing: I provide expert guidance on timing to ensure the best lighting possible. However, I’m also flexible and happy to work with your schedule.
- Duration: My session times are meant as a guide rather than strict time limits. There’s no need to watch the clock!

Your Session Day
- I’ll arrive early and provide gentle guidance to help you feel comfortable and relaxed.
- Whether you’re camera-shy or a seasoned pro, enjoy a fun experience, capturing a mix of authentic moments that showcase your true self and create cherished memories.
- My specialty is capturing connections as they naturally unfold, so take a deep breath and relax because you’re in excellent hands.
After Your Session
- Within 24 hours of your session, you’ll receive an exciting sneak peek of your images. I’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
- Then, within 1-2 weeks, you’ll receive a private online gallery, where you can view all the photos from your session and relive the moments captured just for you.
- Select your favourite images to perfectly fit your package, or choose to elevate your final collection with additional images or a package upgrade.
Digital Downloads
- Once you submit your final selections, I’ll double-check your order to ensure perfection before you download them in both high and low resolution.
- Your gallery will then be extended for an additional 3 months, giving you ample time to explore and consider the beautiful print and product options.
Prints

Policies
- The reservation fee goes toward your overall package price.
- The booking fee is non-refundable but may be transferrable according to availability.
- Rescheduling requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. I’ll always do my best to adjust for the weather whenever possible – your flexibility is greatly appreciated.
